We bought a small Harvest Right freeze drier around the end of 2023 and were just planning on making long term freeze dried foods for long term storage, these long term storge foods last up to 25 years, kind of what preppers do and we still do this, but then like everything thing, things change so we started making freeze dried candy and ice cream for my daughter and then for the neighborhood kidos and it was a big hit and that started the new journey and a new bussiness adventrue.
